Configuration Mode


01 Standard Configuration Mode: Does not include a handheld debugger or host computer. After the system detects a broken wire signal in the steel wire rope through the sensor, the controller determines the damage level. The damage condition of the steel wire rope is indicated by three-color LEDs (blue, green, and red). Blue indicates slight damage (broken wire rate of 3% or user-set value), green indicates moderate damage (broken wire rate of 5% or user-set value), and red indicates severe damage (broken wire rate of 12.5% or user-set value).

02 Medium Configuration Mode: Adds a handheld debugger to the standard configuration. In addition to using the three-color LED indicators to determine the steel wire rope damage, users can also observe the damage conditions (including degree, location, rope speed, etc.) of each steel wire rope through the handheld debugger.

03 High Configuration Mode: Adds real-time monitoring via a host computer to the medium configuration. In addition to using the three-color LED indicators and handheld debugger, users can monitor the damage waveforms and magnitudes of each elevator steel wire rope in real-time through the host computer. The system also provides functions such as intelligent damage degree judgment, waveform data storage, data replay, and automatic report generation.


  • In addition to the above three configurations, the system can be integrated with the elevator main controller via the CAN bus into the elevator control system to facilitate judgment and operation by the elevator main controller. This function is available as an optional feature.
  • SMS Notification Function: The system periodically sends SMS notifications via the GSM network to users or maintenance personnel about the damage status of the elevator steel wire ropes, enabling maintenance personnel to promptly understand the condition of the ropes and take relevant measures.
