This product is mainly used for safety detection of damages on planar metals such as ordinary steel plates and the bottom of oil storage tanks to prevent steel plate fracture accidents. The device can be remotely controlled wirelessly to achieve accurate detection of damages such as cracks, scratches, corrosion, and deformation on static steel plates, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the damages. It is a meticulously crafted autonomous inspection product for detecting metal planar damages.
This product adopts Mecanum wheels, lithium battery power supply, WiFi communication, features simple operation, flexible movement, safety and reliability, and can effectively detect planar metal damages through autonomous mobility.

The device uses WiFi communication for wireless remote control, enabling the acquisition instrument to conduct autonomous inspection, effectively identifying damages on planar metals.
The host computer (tablet or mobile phone) displays real-time data collected by flaw detection sensors, with detection waveforms dynamically shown on the software interface. Users can intuitively observe the overall damage status of planar metals and the severity of local damages, while damage positions can be accurately located.
Adopting "magnetic balance" steel wire rope flaw detection technology, featuring stable performance, strong anti-jitter capability, immunity to start-stop signals, and high environmental adaptability. Multiple sensor modules are installed at the robot's bottom, which compare and reference each other during the cart's movement, effectively improving the accuracy of metal damage detection.
Using WiFi communication, which is characterized by strong real-time performance, good anti-interference ability, and low bit error rate.
Historical data generated from previous detections can be retrieved through data review, facilitating tracking of specific damages and effective monitoring of damage development.
After detection, the system automatically generates a detection report, including information such as positioning, qualitative and quantitative analysis of planar metal damages, and damage waveform screenshots, comprehensively reflecting the overall condition of the metal plane. The report can be printed for users to review and approve.
