Product overview


This equipment can accurately detect wire rope damages such as broken wires, wear, corrosion, and deformation, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the damages. It is a finely crafted portable magnetic flaw detection product for steel wire ropes.

Powered by lithium batteries and featuring WiFi communication, this product is compact, easy to operate, safe and reliable, and capable of effectively detecting multiple steel wire ropes. The intrinsically safe design makes it suitable for steel wire rope detection in gas environments of underground coal mines.



Function Characteristic


  1. Real-time Dynamic Detection:
    The upper computer (tablet computer or mobile phone) displays the data collected by the flaw detection sensor in real time. The detection waveform is dynamically shown on the software interface, allowing users to intuitively observe the overall damage status of the steel wire rope and the severity of local damages, with accurate positioning of damage locations.
  2. Sensors:
    Adopting the "magnetic balance" steel wire rope flaw detection technology, featuring stable performance, strong anti-shake capability, resistance to start-stop signals, and high environmental adaptability. The sensor is embedded with multiple groups of sensor modules, enabling 360° omni-directional detection of the steel wire rope to improve detection accuracy.
  3. Communication Mode:
    Using WiFi communication, which is characterized by strong real-time performance, good anti-interference capability, and low bit error rate.
  4. Alarm Function:
    Automatically alarms for broken wire damages in the steel wire rope.
  5. Historical Data Review:
    Historical data generated from previous detections can be retrieved through data review, facilitating tracking of specific damages and effective monitoring of damage progression.
  6. Automatic Detection Report Generation:
    The system automatically generates a detection report upon completion of detection. The report includes detection information such as positioning, qualitative and quantitative analysis of steel wire rope damages, and screenshots of damage waveforms, comprehensively reflecting the overall condition of the steel wire rope. The report can be printed for easy review and approval by users.



Operation Mode


  • Online mode: The collector is directly connected to the computer for online detection. The computer displays the measurement curve, and a detection report is generated after the detection is completed.
  • Offline mode: Users can independently use the collector to measure multiple steel wire ropes for data collection. After data collection is completed, the collector is connected to the computer for data analysis and processing, historical data review, and detection report generation.
